The client
Barbaxiote is a Mexican local restaurant located in Xochitepec, Morelos. It offers regional food from Hidalgo, Mexico as its main specialty. Since it opened in December 2007, it has been recognized as one of most important and best reviewed restaurants in the region.

The objective
The directors wanted Barbaxiote to be recognized as a tech-friendly and change resilience brand due to COVID pandemic. That objective was not met in their last website because of it’s visual identity, which caused the redesign of its graphic identity and digital services.

- The prototypes and drafts were judged based on heuristics and design principles.
Development phase

- We started overlapping the development phase to keep everything on track and find any limitation on the implementation on time.
- UX Design implementation
- The customer journey design was also taking into consideration working along with the development team to take care of all the essential aspects users have to follow to order online.
Future of the project
The board of directors have decided to go under a UX audit in the following months to judge the result that was published at this time.
